The Feel
Buttery-soft cotton that breathes — light enough to layer, easy to throw on and forget you're wearing. Hand block-printed by artisans in Sanganer using azo-free dyes, in small batches, so each one is a little different from the last. Arrives folded in a reusable muslin bag, ready to keep or to give.

The Woman Behind the Print
Joy is one of two prints named for the same woman — a woman who learned silence young, and found her voice in a circle of women who saw the whole of her and stayed. Joy is her full bloom: all blossom and color and fragrance, for the life she made on the other side of it. Its quieter companion, Joyce, is the ground it rose from.
